About these terms

These terms of service are an agreement between you and Covenant Supply LLC (“Covenant Path,” “we,” “us”) for your use of covenantpath.com, our guides and our online library. By creating an account, making a purchase or using the site, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you join Covenant Club, our membership terms also apply.

Your license to use our guides

When you buy a guide or collection, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to read it in your online library. You may:

• read your guides on any of your own devices;
• read them together with the people in your household;
• print pages for your own use, and share free printed copies with a small group, class or family you lead.

You may not:

• resell, rent or give away your guides or your account;
• post guides, or large parts of them, online or share them outside your household (except free printed pages as above);
• copy guides in bulk, scrape the site, or use our content to build a competing product or to train an AI model.

Guides you buy stay in your library whether or not you're a Covenant Club member. If we ever stop running our online library, we'll give you advance notice and a way to download the guides you've bought.

Your account

• You need an account to read your guides. Please give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Please don't share your sign-in details outside your household.
• You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. Younger readers can use guides with a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Purchases and prices

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Member prices apply only while your Covenant Club membership is active.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects an order you've already paid for.
• Your guides are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Paysight.
• Multi-copy packs (for example, “Buy 2, Get 1 FREE”) include one copy for you and a gift link for each extra copy. Each gift link unlocks one copy for one person, who reads it in their own library under these terms.
• Printed editions can only be ordered when they're in stock; their shipping and return terms are shown before you order.
• If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Covenant Club membership

Covenant Club is an optional membership that renews automatically. It starts with a free 14-day trial; after that you'll be charged $25 every 30 days until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page (Account → Membership) or by emailing support@covenantpath.com; cancelling during the trial means you're never charged, and cancelling later stops all future charges while you keep member access until the end of the period you've paid for. Member prices apply only while your membership is active. Guides you buy are yours to keep either way.

Refunds

Every guide comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for how refunds work for guides and memberships.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• try to access accounts, systems or content you haven't paid for;
• interfere with the site's security or performance, or use bots or scrapers on it;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
• misuse our contact form or support channels.

Our content and Scripture

Our guides, including their text, design and artwork, are protected by copyright and belong to Covenant Supply LLC or its licensors. The Covenant Path name and logo are ours, too. Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. Anyone may quote it freely.

Disclaimers

Our guides are for personal study, devotion and education. They aren't a substitute for professional counseling, medical, legal or financial advice. We work hard to make our guides accurate and faithful, but we can't promise they're free of every error. Apart from the promises in our refund policy and membership terms, the site and guides are provided “as is,” to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Covenant Supply LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to the site or our guides is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited by agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Covenant Supply LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by email. Any dispute we can't resolve together will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. You may also bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant, we'll let customers know by email or on our website before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to purchases made before the change.
