Covenant Club membership terms

Last updated:

These terms explain exactly how Covenant Club billing works, so there are no surprises. They're part of our terms of service.

The short version

Covenant Club is an optional membership that renews automatically. It starts with a free 14-day trial; after that you'll be charged $25 every 30 days until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page (Account → Membership) or by emailing support@covenantpath.com; cancelling during the trial means you're never charged, and cancelling later stops all future charges while you keep member access until the end of the period you've paid for. Member prices apply only while your membership is active. Guides you buy are yours to keep either way.

This summary uses the same wording as our FAQ. At checkout, you confirm these terms with a checkbox before you pay.

1. What Covenant Club is

Covenant Club is an optional, paid membership from Covenant Supply LLC. While your membership is active, you get:

  • Member prices on every guide. Deep member discounts on every Covenant Path guide, for as long as you're a member.
  • The Covenant Club Library. Member-only reading plans and studies, with new material added regularly.
  • Read beautifully, anywhere. Your full library in a calm reader with progress tracking, bookmarks and printable pages.
  • Priority support. Real people, quick answers. Members go to the front of the line.

You never need a membership to buy a guide. Every guide and collection can also be bought once at the regular price, with no membership.

2. Price and billing

  • Free trial: your first 14 days of membership are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged for the membership.
  • Price: $25.00 in U.S. dollars every 30 days after your free trial, plus any sales tax that applies.
  • Billing cycle: every 30 days, starting when your free trial ends. This is a 30-day cycle, not a calendar month, so your billing date moves a little from month to month.
  • Payment method: the card you use at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Paysight.

3. What you're charged when you join

Today you pay only for any guides in your order, at member prices. Your first 14 days of membership are free. After that, $25.00 is charged every 30 days until you cancel. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged for the membership.

Before you pay, checkout shows your total for today, the renewal amount and how often it will be charged.

If you're already an active member, member prices apply automatically and you're never charged for a second membership.

4. Automatic renewal and reminders

When your free 14-day trial ends, your membership continues automatically at $25.00 every 30 days, at the price in effect at that time, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 3 days before each membership charge, including the first one after your trial, with the amount and the date, and a link to manage or cancel your membership.

When your order includes Covenant Club, checkout shows an unchecked box next to the Pay button. You must check it to join. The box reads:

I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy and understand my order includes a Covenant Club membership with a free 14-day trial. After the trial, I'll be charged $25 every 30 days until I cancel. Member prices apply while my membership is active. I can cancel anytime in my account (Account → Membership) or by emailing support@covenantpath.com, and I won't be charged if I cancel before the trial ends. By completing my purchase, I authorize Covenant Path to charge my payment method for these recurring charges until I cancel.

We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and when. Right after you join, we email you a confirmation with your membership terms, your next charge date and how to cancel.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, for any reason:

  • Online: go to Account → Membership and choose to cancel. It takes two clicks, and we email you a confirmation right away.
  • By email: write to support@covenantpath.com from the email address on your account, and we'll confirm by email. If your email reaches us before your next renewal date and a renewal charge still goes through, we'll refund it.

There are no cancellation fees, and you never need to call us.

7. After you cancel

  • No further membership charges are made.
  • You keep member access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • After that, member pricing and access to the Covenant Club Library end.
  • Guides and collections you bought stay in your library. They're yours to keep.
  • You can rejoin anytime. Rejoining starts a new membership at the price in effect at that time.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, it may be retried automatically, and your Account page will show the problem. Member benefits may pause until the payment succeeds. If the payment can't be collected, your membership ends and no further charges are attempted. Guides you bought aren't affected. To update your card, contact us.

9. Price changes

We may change the membership price in the future. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. A price change never applies to a period you've already paid for. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel anytime before it takes effect.

10. Refunds

Membership fees aren't refunded for unused days in a period, with one exception: if you're charged for a membership period you didn't mean to pay for, email us during that same 30-day period and we'll refund that charge. When we refund a membership charge, your membership ends.

Guides have their own 60-day money-back guarantee, whether you bought them at the regular price or a member price. See our refund policy.

11. Other terms

  • One membership per person. Your membership is for you and your household and can't be transferred or resold.
  • Member benefits may change over time. If a change would significantly reduce your benefits, we'll tell you by email in advance, and you can cancel anytime.
  • If we stop offering Covenant Club, or end your membership for any reason other than a breach of our terms of service, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.
  • If these membership terms and our terms of service ever conflict, these membership terms apply to your membership.
