About Covenant Path
Our mission: the Bible, made clear.
We write warm, plain-English guides that help everyday people understand the Bible and love reading it, one book at a time.

Why we exist
So many people want to read the Bible, and feel lost
They start strong, then get stuck in a hard book. They read a chapter and wonder what it meant. They feel they should already know, so they don't ask.
Covenant Path exists to walk beside you. Our guides give you the background, explain each chapter in plain words, and help you carry what you read into everyday life.
Our mission is simple: to make the Bible clear, so you can understand it, trust it, and live it.
“Do you understand what you are reading?” He said, “How can I, unless someone explains it to me?”
Our method
How we write every guide
Four commitments shape every Covenant Path guide, and every guide follows the same path.
The same clear, three-part method
Every guide moves from The Big Picture (who wrote it, when and why) to Walk Through It (a chapter-by-chapter explanation) to Live It Out (reflection questions and a simple prayer). Once you’ve read one guide, you know how to read them all.
Scripture from the World English Bible
We quote the World English Bible, a modern English translation in the public domain, and check every quotation against its text. Our guides work alongside whatever Bible you already read.
Non-denominational
We write for Christians from many church backgrounds. We focus on what each book says, what it meant to its first readers, and how it fits the whole story of Scripture.
Plain, warm language
Short sentences and everyday words. When a big idea or an unfamiliar word comes up, we explain it simply, without talking down to you.

Step 1: Set the scene
Every guide opens with who wrote the book, who it was for, and what was happening at the time.
Step 2: Walk every chapter
What happens and what it means, chapter by chapter (longer books in short groups of chapters).
Step 3: Quote Scripture exactly
Key verses are quoted from the World English Bible and checked against its text.
Step 4: Bring it home
Each guide closes with key verses, reflection questions and a short prayer for your week or your group.
Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. Spot something that needs a second look? Tell us at support@covenantpath.com and we'll review it.
“They read in the book, in the law of God, distinctly; and they gave the sense, so that they understood the reading.”
